Dynamic Webs provides labor retainer packages to help with your needs. All of our retainer packages include the following:

- Labor Rate lock at $35 per hour.
Why would I want a retainer package? Can't I just call you up and get the changes done?
- Yes and No! Dynamic Webs services many clients throughout Ohio, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. As a result, we cannot service all of our clients 100% of the time without conflicting with other client schedules. Thus, we created our Retainer Packages so we can give attention and priority to clients under retainer. Therefore, when you have a retainer account, your work goes to the top of our schedule and is completed first, ahead of other clients. This gives you the assurance that any mission critical information is posted on your site according to your scheduling needs and requirements.
- As an additional benefit, our retainer clients get a labor rate locked in at $35 per hour for all work above and beyond their specified time allotment.
Can I accrue my time and use all at once?
- Unfortunately, no. In order to keep our client schedules streamlined and efficient, we require that you use your minutes each month. We cannot allow you to accrue your minutes and use all at once as that would create a time bottleneck and possible interfere with other client schedules. Therefore, if you do not use your minutes each month, you will loose them.
